I work at the intersection of emotional experience, the body and conscious awareness.
I integrate psychological support, mindful movement and breathwork to promote steadier nervous system regulation and a sense of wellbeing that can be sustained in everyday life.
Each pathway is personalised, non performance-based and centred entirely on the individual.

Harmonia is an integrated method combining one-to-one Pilates, therapeutic yoga and psychological support.
It brings together clinical expertise and body-based practice to offer a personalised pathway towards physical, postural and emotional balance.
This is non performance-based work, centred on nervous system regulation and the cultivation of deeper, lasting stability.
