I’m a psychologist and yoga & Pilates teacher.
I support people in finding harmony between body, mind, and relationships through a mindful blend of psychological work and embodied practice.
To me, wellbeing is a journey that starts within and grows each day through awareness, breath, and movement.

The Harmonia Method

  • Harmonia is an integrated method combining one-to-one Pilates, therapeutic yoga and psychological support.
     

  • It brings together clinical expertise and body-based practice to offer a personalised pathway towards physical, postural and emotional balance.
     

  • This is non performance-based work, centred on nervous system regulation and the cultivation of deeper, lasting stability.
