I’m Arianna Magelli, a psychologist and sexologist, currently training as a psychotherapist with a mindfulness-based approach.
Through a blend of clinical methods and embodied practices, I support individuals and couples in cultivating self-awareness, emotional presence, and meaningful transformation.
About me
My values
I’ve always been fascinated by how people connect, and by the way our surroundings and relationships shape how we think, feel, and act.
Alongside my training in psychology, I’ve been teaching yoga and Pilates for many years. These practices help us return to the body, find presence, and listen inwardly. I believe that working on the body as a powerful way to come back to ourselves and open space for inner growth and new possibilities.
I support people who feel the need for change but aren’t sure where to start. My work combines psychology and embodied practice, and may include:
-
individual or couples sessions
-
support through life transitions such as fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period
-
body-based practices for emotional and physical wellbeing, including yoga, Pilates, and conscious breathing
My approach is warm, attentive, and down-to-earth. I aim to offer practical tools that help you live with greater awareness, vitality, and a clearer sense of direction.
