An immersive two-day experience in June , in the heart of the Val d'Orcia , designed to help you find balance, strength, and presence through movement, nature, and shared time.
The Fit & Flow Retreat was born from the encounter between functional training and yoga flow , to accompany you on a journey that combines energy and listening , activation and relaxation , body and breath .

We will be hosted at Palazzo Massaini , a private farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan hills, with a panoramic swimming pool , large outdoor spaces and regenerating silence.
