Fit & Flow is a 3-day experiential retreat designed for those who wish to rediscover balance , strength , and presence through conscious movement, contact with nature, and moments of deep self-listening.

An immersive experience that combines functional training, yoga, Pilates, breathing, and meditation in a welcoming and regenerating setting.
